內(nèi)江農(nóng)商銀行開展“315金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益日”宣傳活動

3月15日，內(nèi)江農(nóng)商銀行參加了由人民銀行內(nèi)江中心支行組織的“3.15消費(fèi)者權(quán)益日”宣傳活動，活動地點(diǎn)設(shè)在人群聚集的大佛寺廣場，活動以“權(quán)利 責(zé)任 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)”為主題，通過現(xiàn)場分發(fā)“金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益日”宣傳手冊，講解金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)法和金融消費(fèi)者基本權(quán)利，讓金融消費(fèi)者熟知其在購買金融產(chǎn)品和接受金融服務(wù)過程中享有的權(quán)利及其應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，告知客戶投訴受理渠道、處理流程，讓廣大金融消費(fèi)者更好的維護(hù)自身權(quán)益。
活動過程中，內(nèi)江農(nóng)商銀行還積極向群眾宣傳電信詐騙、征信知識、反假幣知識、反洗錢知識、防范和打擊非法集資知識等;指導(dǎo)和幫助居民群眾使用內(nèi)江農(nóng)商銀行手機(jī)銀行，現(xiàn)場拓展電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)。
此外，內(nèi)江農(nóng)商銀行還積極利用所轄網(wǎng)點(diǎn)LED屏滾動播放宣傳標(biāo)語，在營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)廳堂放置“3.15金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益日”宣傳折頁，充分營造金融知識宣傳氛圍。網(wǎng)點(diǎn)工作人員向前來辦理業(yè)務(wù)的客戶發(fā)放宣傳單頁，并用通俗易懂的語言向廣大客戶普及金融知識，接受公眾的咨詢，引導(dǎo)金融消費(fèi)者理性投資。
活動期間，內(nèi)江農(nóng)商銀行共發(fā)放宣傳折頁4萬余份，接受群眾咨詢6000余人次。通過開展此次宣傳活動，進(jìn)一步密切了內(nèi)江農(nóng)商銀行與金融消費(fèi)者的關(guān)系，促進(jìn)了金融知識的進(jìn)一步普及，引導(dǎo)了客戶觀念的有效轉(zhuǎn)變，切實(shí)提升了廣大群眾的金融知識水平和保障自身合法權(quán)益的能力，增強(qiáng)了消費(fèi)者信心。
內(nèi)江農(nóng)商銀行也將以此次活動為契機(jī)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對金融消費(fèi)者法定權(quán)利宣傳，高度關(guān)注金融消費(fèi)者實(shí)際需求，持續(xù)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)金融服務(wù)，扎實(shí)做好金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)工作，切實(shí)承擔(dān)起金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)的相關(guān)職責(zé)。
