【川報(bào)觀察】沖擊5A級(jí)關(guān)鍵之年，亞丁景區(qū)獲得5億元貸款用于提檔升級(jí)

“有了這筆貸款，今年沖擊5A有信心。”6月8日14時(shí)10分，四川省服務(wù)業(yè)“4+6”產(chǎn)業(yè)融資對(duì)接會(huì)尚未開始，稻城亞丁景區(qū)旅游開發(fā)有限責(zé)任公司副總經(jīng)理孫軍早早到達(dá)會(huì)場，等待簽約。

 

 

四川省甘孜州稻城縣亞丁景區(qū)，被譽(yù)為“最后的香格里拉”“藍(lán)色星球上最后一片凈土”，然而由于道路、餐飲、住宿等硬件設(shè)施不能達(dá)標(biāo)，景區(qū)一直是4A級(jí)。“無論是景區(qū)內(nèi)道路改造還是住宿、餐飲提檔升級(jí)，都需要真金白銀，單靠企業(yè)自己的營收難上加難。”孫軍介紹。

 

在四川省服務(wù)業(yè)“4+6”產(chǎn)業(yè)融資對(duì)接會(huì)上，四川農(nóng)信甘孜州農(nóng)村信用聯(lián)社與稻城亞丁景區(qū)旅游開發(fā)有限責(zé)任公司簽訂了5億元的授信協(xié)議。“有了這筆錢，我們就可以對(duì)景區(qū)進(jìn)行全方位地改造升級(jí)，力爭在今年拿下5A級(jí)景區(qū)的牌子。”簽署協(xié)議后，孫軍難掩內(nèi)心激動(dòng)。

 

 

在他看來，這筆資金不僅是景區(qū)沖擊5A級(jí)路上的“及時(shí)雨”，更能為景區(qū)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供源源不斷的金融活水。

 

“說實(shí)話，現(xiàn)在來亞丁旅游的成本還比較高。”孫軍介紹，這個(gè)高，指的是與游客獲得感相對(duì)而言。目前游客來亞丁旅游，還只停留在“看風(fēng)景”的觀光游階段，時(shí)間為兩到三天，缺乏深度體驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目，難以長久留住游客。

 

拿到四川農(nóng)信的貸款后，孫軍計(jì)劃在景區(qū)建設(shè)演藝中心和開發(fā)文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品，讓更多游客在欣賞美景的同時(shí)，還能體會(huì)到獨(dú)特的亞丁文化。“目前景區(qū)游客年增長率30%，我相信隨著體驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目越來越豐富，游客來亞丁旅游的成本會(huì)下降，獲得感持續(xù)提升。”

 

不僅是旅游硬件提升，孫軍表示，還將利用這筆貸款開發(fā)“智慧旅游”系統(tǒng)。“以后無論你在上海、北京還是廣州、深圳，通過手機(jī)，就可以預(yù)定游玩亞丁的所有機(jī)票、車票、門票等。”他相信，5億元的貸款，將給亞丁景區(qū)帶來煥然一新的改變。
