“脫貧路上，我不是一個(gè)人在戰(zhàn)斗”金江農(nóng)商銀行惠生活平臺(tái)助推產(chǎn)業(yè)脫貧

鄧強(qiáng)口中的平臺(tái)是四川農(nóng)信按照“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+金融”模式，推出的“蜀信e·惠生活”服務(wù)平臺(tái)。“蜀信e·惠生活”社區(qū)服務(wù)在農(nóng)村推進(jìn)中，金江農(nóng)商銀行堅(jiān)持“互惠共贏”的原則，打破時(shí)空限制，通過服務(wù)平臺(tái)免費(fèi)將工業(yè)品和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品引到線上，讓“工業(yè)產(chǎn)品下鄉(xiāng)，農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)城”，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了三方共贏。

鄧強(qiáng)創(chuàng)辦的勝和泥鰍專業(yè)合作社就是惠生活的首批受益者。半年前，該專合社生產(chǎn)的麻辣泥鰍僅僅在實(shí)體店交易，交易量小，經(jīng)營(yíng)出現(xiàn)困難。金江農(nóng)商銀行在了解到該專合社聯(lián)結(jié)貧困戶，以產(chǎn)業(yè)引領(lǐng)助推脫貧后，主動(dòng)幫助鄧強(qiáng)將麻辣泥鰍在“蜀信e·惠生活”平臺(tái)公開銷售，并通過朋友圈、微信群、公眾號(hào)幫助其造勢(shì)宣傳。幾個(gè)月下來，鄧強(qiáng)已經(jīng)習(xí)慣每天登錄“蜀信e·惠生活”的商戶端查看訂單，安排發(fā)貨。通過“惠生活”平臺(tái)，鄧強(qiáng)的麻辣泥鰍已銷往各地，銷售收入達(dá)57000元，幫扶貧困戶10戶。

“蜀信e·惠生活”服務(wù)平臺(tái)是鄉(xiāng)村振興和精準(zhǔn)扶貧相結(jié)合的重要載體，平臺(tái)分為自營(yíng)商城和第三方經(jīng)營(yíng)。第三方經(jīng)營(yíng)向轄內(nèi)的資質(zhì)商戶開放，平臺(tái)提供包含信息發(fā)布、在線交易、支付結(jié)算、融資貸款、資金托管等融合商品交易和金融服務(wù)的全方位服務(wù)。與其他電商平臺(tái)不同，惠生活服務(wù)平臺(tái)不僅不向商家收取任何的保證金和技術(shù)服務(wù)費(fèi)，還為特殊群體客戶提供免費(fèi)的產(chǎn)品拍照、圖片設(shè)計(jì)、店鋪裝修等服務(wù)。下一步，金江農(nóng)商銀行將在惠生活平臺(tái)上線手工面、花生、香樟油等地方特色產(chǎn)品，通過線上線下相結(jié)合，協(xié)助打通農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)銷售鏈條。（趙娟）
