電商平臺(tái)巧助力扶貧蜜柚“添”收益 “ 蜀信e?惠生活”助力柚農(nóng)脫貧建產(chǎn)業(yè)

梓潼縣許州鎮(zhèn)迎江村位于四川盆地西北淺丘，地處較為偏僻，相比該鎮(zhèn)的其他村社，該村土地多在山坡上，人均耕地面積少，耕地貧瘠，經(jīng)濟(jì)遠(yuǎn)落后于其他村社。許州鎮(zhèn)迎江村總?cè)丝?20余人，建檔立卡貧困戶有35戶，貧困人口121人，其中因病致貧的人數(shù)為78人。67歲高齡的迎江村老村支書李仁興便是其中一位。

李仁興因一次意外造成腿部重傷，幾乎喪失勞動(dòng)能力，老伴何蘭云有嚴(yán)重的糖尿病和高血壓，兒子常年在外，家中還有一個(gè)正在讀初中的孫子，一家人的生活來源全靠兩畝多土地。2015年，梓潼農(nóng)商銀行與梓潼縣添寶柑橘專業(yè)合作社達(dá)成合作協(xié)議，由合作社整體規(guī)劃、農(nóng)商銀行貸款支持的添寶蜜柚產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧模式開始落地實(shí)施。李仁興在當(dāng)?shù)睾献魃绾丸麂r(nóng)商銀行的支持下，將家里的1畝多地全部種植蜜柚，經(jīng)過2年多的辛苦培育，第一批次蜜柚掛果成熟，產(chǎn)出柚子10000斤?？墒请S著柚子產(chǎn)量的激增，收購價(jià)格和銷路都成為了問題，老兩口望著滿樹的柚子一籌莫展。

梓潼農(nóng)商銀行了解到李仁興的情況后，利用四川農(nóng)信“蜀信e·惠生活”平臺(tái)精準(zhǔn)扶貧專區(qū)上線蜜柚產(chǎn)品，利用“惠生活”平臺(tái)團(tuán)購的模式發(fā)起在線銷售，短短6天在平臺(tái)銷售完成500份訂單，為老人增加收入9000元，有效解決了李仁興的柚子銷路問題。同時(shí)，梓潼農(nóng)商銀行與多家種養(yǎng)殖合作社達(dá)成合作意向，將在后期持續(xù)利用“惠生活”平臺(tái)進(jìn)行扶貧產(chǎn)品的在線銷售，為貧困戶提供上線指導(dǎo)、營銷推廣、包裝銷售等多項(xiàng)服務(wù)。

2018年以來，梓潼農(nóng)商銀行以“惠生活”平臺(tái)為主要手段，全面打造“智慧銀行”建設(shè)，旨在幫助農(nóng)戶用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維解決農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售渠道問題，幫助貧困戶脫貧致富，同時(shí)為老百姓提供增值金融服務(wù)。（劉倩）
