夾江聯(lián)社創(chuàng)新“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)＋扶貧”模式

一直以來(lái)，夾江聯(lián)社堅(jiān)持把金融精準(zhǔn)扶貧當(dāng)作一項(xiàng)政治工程、民生工程、發(fā)展工程來(lái)抓，把扶智作為做好扶貧開發(fā)工作的先決條件，堅(jiān)持政策引導(dǎo)、示范帶動(dòng)、智力支撐，激發(fā)群眾脫貧致富活力，推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)貧困群眾“要我發(fā)展”到“我要發(fā)展”的有效轉(zhuǎn)變，并提出“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+扶貧”模式創(chuàng)新，為推動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、助力脫貧攻堅(jiān)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

為充分發(fā)揮“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”在助農(nóng)增收中的作用，夾江聯(lián)社結(jié)合工作實(shí)際，積極推進(jìn)扶貧與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的深度融合，在中興鎮(zhèn)試點(diǎn)，依托當(dāng)?shù)貎?yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)，以自營(yíng)電商平臺(tái)為紐帶，運(yùn)用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”，幫助貧困人口實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧，探索實(shí)踐了具有夾江特色的“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+扶貧”的新模式。

龔溝村位于夾江縣北部，交通不便、產(chǎn)業(yè)單一、經(jīng)濟(jì)落后，被夾江縣列為一類貧困村。李曉莉是生長(zhǎng)在龔溝村龍井湖邊的一個(gè)90后青年，從小父母離異，與奶奶相依為命，高中畢業(yè)后就開始回家務(wù)農(nóng)，日子過(guò)得十分清貧。國(guó)家扶貧政策讓她看到了希望，于是準(zhǔn)備種植柑橘?？墒欠N植技術(shù)怎么辦？啟動(dòng)資金哪里籌？銷售渠道在哪里？這一大堆難題不得不讓她望而卻步。

恰逢夾江聯(lián)社深入村社進(jìn)行實(shí)際調(diào)查，在了解到這些情況后，該社擬定出“品種+技術(shù)+資金+銷售”一條龍的扶貧攻堅(jiān)計(jì)劃。一系列扶貧抓手的推廣實(shí)施，讓龔溝村村民感受到了精準(zhǔn)扶貧的實(shí)惠。如今，李曉莉和她的鄉(xiāng)親們種植的柑橘“愛(ài)媛38號(hào)”已結(jié)出了豐碩的果實(shí)。

此外，借助四川農(nóng)信社區(qū)電商平臺(tái)，該社迅速在“惠生活”平臺(tái)上向全國(guó)推出了扶貧農(nóng)產(chǎn)品——夾江“愛(ài)媛38號(hào)”柑橘產(chǎn)品，同時(shí)利用微信等自媒體平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)推動(dòng)。短短7天時(shí)間，銷售“愛(ài)媛38號(hào)”400箱、約900公斤。夾江聯(lián)社通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將農(nóng)村小市場(chǎng)與外面大世界有效連接，為扶貧產(chǎn)品提供廣闊的銷路，為貧困農(nóng)戶搭建了一座致富的橋梁。

夾江聯(lián)社還將積極拓展社會(huì)扶貧的新渠道，以實(shí)際行動(dòng)，積極參與到“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”社會(huì)扶貧工作中去，切實(shí)提升愛(ài)心幫扶成效，創(chuàng)建“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”社會(huì)扶貧新模式，以更有力的行動(dòng)、更扎實(shí)的作風(fēng)，為打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)而努力奮斗。（楊騰飛 黃路）
