婦女創(chuàng)業(yè)“不差錢(qián)” 脫貧致富見(jiàn)成效

“沒(méi)有農(nóng)商銀行創(chuàng)業(yè)擔(dān)保貸款的支持，我的食品加工坊也搞不起來(lái)，更別說(shuō)帶動(dòng)父老鄉(xiāng)親脫貧致富了。”每當(dāng)有人稱(chēng)贊江安竹海老藝人食品有限公司負(fù)責(zé)人羅琴“富不忘本”時(shí)，她總是這樣回答。羅琴的公司從成立到發(fā)展壯大，離不開(kāi)江安農(nóng)商銀行的鼎力支持。

 

江安竹海老藝人食品有限公司主要從事月餅、米花糖等食品的生產(chǎn)加工、銷(xiāo)售。公司負(fù)責(zé)人羅琴是位來(lái)自江安縣桐梓鄉(xiāng)村的70后婦女，憑借自身努力和江安農(nóng)商銀行小額信用貸款、個(gè)人生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)貸款一步一步的支持，成立了食品公司，在城區(qū)經(jīng)營(yíng)食品銷(xiāo)售，走出了貧瘠的農(nóng)村，走上了富裕的道路。脫離貧困的羅琴始終想著家鄉(xiāng)，想在家鄉(xiāng)修建食品加工坊，拉父老鄉(xiāng)親一把，但是面對(duì)有限的自籌資金和抵押物缺失無(wú)法獲得更多信貸支持的窘境，遲遲沒(méi)能邁開(kāi)步伐。

 

2019年8月，江安農(nóng)商銀行聯(lián)合江安縣就業(yè)局，推出創(chuàng)業(yè)擔(dān)保貸款，降低申貸門(mén)檻，提高創(chuàng)業(yè)貸款額度至15萬(wàn)元，同時(shí)引進(jìn)農(nóng)擔(dān)公司，加強(qiáng)銀擔(dān)合作，有效解決了創(chuàng)業(yè)個(gè)人擔(dān)保物缺失的融資難題，讓創(chuàng)業(yè)婦女“不差錢(qián)”。

 

面對(duì)這一利好政策，羅琴聯(lián)系到江安農(nóng)商銀行桐梓支行，提出創(chuàng)業(yè)擔(dān)保貸款申貸訴求。該行第一時(shí)間跟進(jìn)，實(shí)地調(diào)查羅琴申貸事宜，分析項(xiàng)目情況，組織江安縣就業(yè)局、人社局、農(nóng)擔(dān)公司多方洽談，肯定了羅琴創(chuàng)業(yè)擔(dān)保貸款申貸訴求，確定了金融服務(wù)方案，并提供15萬(wàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)貸款，全力支持羅琴修建食品加工坊，進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營(yíng)。

 

食品加工坊成立后，吸納長(zhǎng)期就業(yè)員工16人，解決了當(dāng)?shù)剡^(guò)剩勞動(dòng)力。同時(shí)，羅琴向桐梓鄉(xiāng)村村民免費(fèi)發(fā)放紅薯苗2萬(wàn)斤，免費(fèi)提供種植技術(shù)咨詢(xún)，并于秋收季節(jié)收購(gòu)村民紅薯20萬(wàn)斤，有效帶動(dòng)了當(dāng)?shù)丶t薯種植，促進(jìn)農(nóng)民脫貧增收。

 

江安農(nóng)商銀行大力推行普惠金融，發(fā)放創(chuàng)業(yè)擔(dān)保貸款，全面支持婦女、大學(xué)生、中青年等創(chuàng)業(yè)客群大膽創(chuàng)業(yè)、發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)。截至2020年6月末，該行累計(jì)發(fā)放創(chuàng)業(yè)擔(dān)保貸款104筆，貸款金額1342萬(wàn)元，余額1336.6萬(wàn)元，全力支持江安縣鄉(xiāng)村振興和美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)，有效助推地方經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展。
