四川農(nóng)信國際業(yè)務揚帆啟航

5月23日上午，四川農(nóng)信外匯業(yè)務開辦儀式在成都交子金融中心成功舉行。省地方金融監(jiān)督管理局、人民銀行成都分行、四川銀保監(jiān)局、國家外匯管理局四川省分局、環(huán)球同業(yè)銀行金融電訊協(xié)會中國區(qū)等相關(guān)負責人受邀出席啟動儀式。

開辦儀式上，四川銀保監(jiān)局、國家外匯管理局四川省分局有關(guān)負責人先后宣讀了省聯(lián)社及國際業(yè)務試點行社的各項外匯業(yè)務資質(zhì)批復文件。四川農(nóng)信推出的國際業(yè)務包括外匯存款、外匯匯款、國際結(jié)算、同業(yè)外匯拆借、代客外匯買賣、資信調(diào)查咨詢見證業(yè)務等。簡陽農(nóng)商銀行作為四川農(nóng)信首家國際業(yè)務試點行，將發(fā)揮決策靈活、扁平化管理和服務窗口遍布城鄉(xiāng)的優(yōu)勢，著力打造集“靈活定制”“高效快捷”“專業(yè)貼身”于一身的專屬定制金融服務，有效滿足進出口企業(yè)與個人對外貿(mào)易金融服務需求，樹立起四川農(nóng)信外匯業(yè)務品牌。

省地方金融監(jiān)督管理局副局長史紹偉對四川農(nóng)信正式開辦國際業(yè)務表示祝賀，他指出，作為我省最大的地方銀行系統(tǒng)，四川農(nóng)信正式開辦外匯業(yè)務，既有助于豐富多元化的經(jīng)營體系，提升“走出去”的經(jīng)營能力，也為支持我省外貿(mào)企業(yè)的發(fā)展、提升服務實體經(jīng)濟的能力提供更加廣闊的平臺。他希望，四川農(nóng)信堅守市場定位，以開辦外匯業(yè)務為契機，為新的起點，不斷提升多元化的經(jīng)營能力，積極對接 “一帶一路”、長江經(jīng)濟帶等國家戰(zhàn)略，積極參與自貿(mào)區(qū)和西部金融中心建設(shè)，積極融入四川對外開放的大格局，為“四川農(nóng)信，四川人民自己的銀行”實現(xiàn)提檔升級，為全省經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展做出新的更大的貢獻。

省聯(lián)社黨委書記、理事長艾毓斌表示，外匯業(yè)務的開辦對于四川農(nóng)信具有重要的里程碑意義，既有利于四川農(nóng)信助力鄉(xiāng)村振興，為三農(nóng)、小微企業(yè)發(fā)展提供更加完善的金融服務和金融產(chǎn)品；也有利于完善四川農(nóng)信產(chǎn)品服務體系，形成多元化的業(yè)務發(fā)展格局，滿足國家“一帶一路”建設(shè)與四川“四向拓展、全域開放”中不斷涌現(xiàn)出來的客戶外匯業(yè)務需求；更有利于提高四川農(nóng)信的核心競爭力，提供新的利潤增長點，實現(xiàn)自身做優(yōu)做強做大，加快推進主力軍銀行建設(shè)步伐。在今后的發(fā)展過程中，省聯(lián)社將準確把握業(yè)務定位、合規(guī)審慎經(jīng)營管理，做到起點高、定位準、步子穩(wěn)，充分借鑒先進銀行經(jīng)驗，不斷夯實經(jīng)營管理基礎(chǔ)，打造適合自身特色的國際業(yè)務管理體系、技術(shù)平臺和專業(yè)團隊，按照“試點一家、成熟一家、推廣一家”的原則穩(wěn)步推進和鋪開，為四川“一帶一路”建設(shè)提供強有力金融支持。

簡陽農(nóng)商銀行與四川銳豐供應鏈管理有限公司、成都卡美多實業(yè)有限公司簽訂了銀企國際業(yè)務合作協(xié)議，并為首批次辦理外匯業(yè)務的個人客戶頒發(fā)了紀念牌。

省聯(lián)社領(lǐng)導，省聯(lián)社相關(guān)部（室、中心）負責人及業(yè)務骨干，19家行社負責人及業(yè)務骨干以及新華社四川分社、人民網(wǎng)、四川日報、華西都市報等媒體記者參加儀式。
